My webhost offers these content management systems:

Drupal
Mambo Open Source
Siteframe

(These are the ones I have enought disk space for)

Anyone know these? If so, which one is best and why? Which is easier to use? Thanks

Drupal
Drupal is the best CMS nowadays.It supports shopping facillities and mostly secure from hacking.It is also useful for building community sites.

Drupal is good as it helps to run web site easier and it's rather secure.
Nearly all reputable companies support it - serverpoint, hostgator, etc.
