Look for a minimum uptime of 99%. In fact, even 99% is actually too low - it really should be 99.5% or higher.
Martensennet.com will be one of the best places to deal with.
Their servers are very stable.

Finally I have decided to use atom-hosting.com services.
O have failed to find a better option.
Servers work with no outages and prices are quite affordable.
