Securing PHPMyAdmin
Hi all,
I was just wondering the best way to secure my database after I've set it up using PHPMyAdmin. Is it best to remove PHPMyAdmin completely or just the set up files. It is possible that I may need to alter something at a later date, so not sure of the best route to take.

Okay, I'm not an advocate of this method, but I would initially obfuscate the name, i.e. rename the folder to something uncommon, removing chances of anyone / anything finding it in the first place...

Then .htaccess the lot...

Then use it's own security...

Thanks Paul, I already gave the directory an obscure name and use it's own security.
Just thought further security maybe needed.
