ok i have a question about db's and if an idea i have is even possible

what i am wanting kinda goes along with my other post that no one has responded to

i am wanting a random number generator that will post the numbers to a db (db1) instead of a txt file (something like i'm requesting in my prev. post)

and having a second db (db2) with a list of names along with sets of 6 numbers

when the numbers are generated for db1 (maybe on a redirect after the numbers are made) it will also pull the whole db2 and compare the numbers most recently made in db1 to the list in db2 and see if there is any full matches...5 numbers match...4 numbers match

so there would be a total of 5 db's being used db1 (lotto numbers)...db2 ("tickets" bought)...db3 (6 numbers matched)...db4 (5 numbers matched)...db5 (4 numbers matched)

db's 4 and 5 would need to be completely overwritten each time new matches are placed into it and db3 would only have 6 entries when a 7th entry would be made it would take out the oldest entry leaving only the 6 newest entries

and the 4 newest entries in db3 to be automatically updated on a webpage.

i know this is probably pretty complicated but if someone could get me started with this it would help me greatly...and if someone could look at my other post or post a random number generator here that would post results into a db that would be great

on the generator the 6 numbers would need to be between 0-100 not including 0 or 100
