When inserting to that table you need to put every value that starts with zero inside ''
INSERT INTO TABLE VALUES ('01',22),('02',44)...
You need to edit that dump file in editor that understands utf8 or your data will be altered.
Notepad++ is a good free one.
There should be "encoding" option in the toolbar -menus, choose UTF8 without bom.
Horus: it's a table where columns are varchar and for some reason dump don't add '' around those numeric variables, even thou columns is varchar.
thats why (01,444) is converted to 1,444 and collision is made.
