I'm building a website in which user after logging in can upload videos, but I've no idea how to create a database that can store videos.

I'm using PHP mySQL

You don't actually create a database to hold videos, the database will contain the filename, then you pull that data to make the link to the video.
Do you know how to create a database? If not I would suggest searching webmonkey for the php/mysql tutorial. That is how I started with the knowledge.
