Double Records in Query - HTML Forums

Can someone quickly look at this query and let me know why it is pulling twice the number of records that it should be?

Code:

SELECT fd.ItemQty, fd.UsersID, fd.DebitDate, fd.FeeItemsID FROM FeeDebits fd INNER JOIN Users u ON fd.UsersID = u.UsersID 
INNER JOIN StudentGrades sg ON fd.UsersID = sg.StudentsID 
WHERE (fd.DebitDate BETWEEN '9/1/2009' AND '9/30/2009') AND (u.Role = 6) AND (fd.FeeAccountsID = 1) AND (sg.GradeLevelsID BETWEEN 2 AND 7)
