Hey I would like to use a database with my forms. if you know how to create and use a database please tell me.

Well youd have to use a server side scripting language like php or asp in order to save the information from the forms into a database.

you also have ot have a host that lets you use the db.

It is all kinda a complex project. I would suggest researching either php/mySQL or asp/msSQL (Depending what your hosting server allows).

Here are some good places to start learning about php/mySQL. I've never worked with asp, so I wouldnt know where to send ya, but Im sure there is some one else who couyld tell ya.

PHP.net - Great site for learning about specific features in php and a great place to refer back to.

PHP Builder - A large php forum community with many helpful professional programmers that will help you get started

Yeah, you should use phpMyAdmin. It makes MySQL a lot easier to use.
