Layers Not Showing Properly in IE

Firstly, I really hope that I'm posting this in the appropriate forum. If not, I apologize!

I've been adding layers in Microsoft Frontpage, and while they show correctly in Firefox and Opera, they're broken when viewed with IE. The lower layer is overlapping the layer that displays the content...this may not be a very good description, so you can see for yourself here:

Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated!

I would start by changing both of your <style> tags into <style type="text/css">

thank you for your replies! I actually fixed it last night by setting the z-index to 3000. I'm not sure how that worked, but it did.

Hah.. Cool that you fixed the problem, just wondering how much time coothead spent on fixing and cleaning up your site. Coothead's fix is a more 'valid' code but either method you choose is cool. Just wanted to let you know.

yes, thank you so much for the .zip! I'm definitely going to look over it tonight and see what I can learn from it.
