When you go to www.marcypevaroffhoward.com and look at the home page and then the services page you don't see the shift? That is so weird. I see it on firefox and safari.

Fixed it. It was the scroll bar showing up making the page move over a few px. I added
html {overflow-y:scroll;} to my css and that fixed it.
