It is possible to show in an iframe the content of the page which is framed just from a certain height?

For example I want show the content of the webpage trough an iframe beginning just at 200px from the top of the page.

In the similar way, can the page just be shown until a certain height?

For example I want show the content of the webpage trough an iframe beginning just at 200px from the top of the page and ending at 500px from the top of the page.

I read somewhere a long time ago that is some kind of solution using anchors, but I can't remember it. Anyways in my situation won't work.
What I want to do is to show in the iframe the content of a phpBB forum, but from the height when the first post of a selected thread begins, and ending right after the last post of the thread on that page - so I want to get rid of anything over and under this thread content.

If this can't be done with CSS styled iframes, maybe there's another solution?
