Your content div is placed below because it's width (615px) plus the width of your left div (200px) totals 815px
...which is 35px wider than what your wrap div can take (780px)

For a fix, change your left div's width from 200px to 154px or lower..just play with the units

See if it aides

was checking out your site and noticed the numbers on your list were wacked lol... use this:

list-style-position: inside;

Yeah I saw that too, and was going to address it today. Lost motivation last night at 11:00 when I finally figured all of this out ;-)..
