Im trying to make an auction site and was wanting to fix my header and footer. I have found examples but am lost as how to do this. "as a minimum my header and navigation bar"

Does any1 know of some example templates that I can try this out with to get a better understanding of how it works. I am wanting to do this with drop down css navigation buttons.

I am butchering this up completely. I have started over from scratch here. www.purla.com

Any help would be appreciated.

What exactly did you want to change about your header and footer?

I guess what I mean is is it possible to make my header fixed not move and everything else below it scroll.

Now I would just be happy to get all of my code cleaned up. I thought I would learn this faster but am now getting a reality check...lol
