That is a rather vague question.

How do I do what, exactly?

You have an index.html file and two folders namely css and images which
contain, the main.css file and 3 images respectively.

Clicking on the index.html file will open the document in your default browser
and will fetch the main.css and the 3 images used during the process.

Can you let us know which of these items is causing you concern?
