You can probably get this to work.
Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<style type="text/css">
#nodes {
width:15px;
}
</style>
</head>

<body>
<form method="post" action="">
Node Distance <input type="text" name="nodes" id="nodes" size="2" value="30">
<br>
<input type="button" value="up" onclick="this.form.nodes.value++"><input type="button" value="down" onclick="this.form.nodes.value--" readonly="readonly">
</form>
</body>
</html>

IKLOP is on a distinguished road
There is no control like that built into html, but it can be mimicked pretty easily. Here's the basics:
Code:
<input type='text' id='input1' value='0'>
<input type='button' value='^' onclick='document.getElementById("input1").value++;'>
<input type='button' value='v' onclick='document.getElementById("input1").value--;'>
It might be hard to get the buttons that small for the arrows and still be nice and visible, so you may need to use an input type of image for the up/down buttons.
