can anyone tell me why their is an box with red x as if attempting ti display a picture it cant find appearing in this menu...also can anyone help me in why the link wont even work. when you click it nothing happens....please help

Look in http://www.hudisperfitnessandnutrition.com/mm_menu.js under childMenuIcon, its looking for arrow.gif. Also you have some MAJOR errors in your coding. An html page starts out with a doctype, then the html tags, then the head tags, then the body tags and then the closing html tag. Nothing should go in between the head and body tags, and you should only have one set of each.
