Image/Thumbnail control with ASP/Dweaver - HTML Forums

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help with what I imagine is a simple issue.

I have created a database driven website using ASP VB with Dreamweaver. When you arrive at a particular product page, I display a full description price etc etc which works fine.

I display a main product picture along with three different thumbnails beneath it of that particular prodcut, all driven by the MS Access database.

I want to replace the main product picture with the thumbnail pictures when clicked, in order for customers to view up to four different pictures of that product... or failing that, how can I make all the pics (the main one and the smaller versions) clickable into a new window?

it'd help if you could show us some code.

you can use javascript to pop up the images or just us a href tag w/ the target set to "_blank"

Hey Dirk, thanks for your comment.

Yes, I did indeed use javascript and created an 'onclick', passing the image name (from the database) to the new page and displaying it.
