ASP Form sending - HTML Forums

Hi everyone im having some problems with a website that my company has just taken on.
There is some problem with the form on the site it seems that it keeps falling down for no reason at all. It works then an hour goes by with no changes and then the form fails I get a 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA error message and most all the help i can find online talk about how this problem arises in outlook and how to solve it not on the web.

Any thoughts on the problem?

I don't understand. RCPT is not an HTTP Command or related to anything in ASP.

It is actually a Recipient command in SMTP and Data command is the content of the message being sent to the server after the name of the person was validated in the rcpt command.

It sounds like you may have a bad Email component or a bad SMTP server that is not standardized.

MAy you did not give all the permissions from the server side..
its is due to the Server side issue if your sending mail is working fine on other servers.
If You Give all admin permissions to the Mail settings or SmTP..Then Your Mail option working Fine..
