Hello all,

I just wanted to show off a little of our newest work. After the weekend this brand new template will be for sale via our website.

It will be available in standard HTML and ProStores Compatible SSML formats.

But I wanted to give you all a first look. :-) Thank you for all the help to all of you who have been so generous with your time.

Looks really nice, I don't browse with a full window, but right next to FAQ the layers are messed up and the title bar looks broken. It looks correct when I maximize though.

I like the design especially the rounding look on the tables. Very professional look and feel. Good for a template.

Bodybuilding - are you referring to onetakemedia.net or the template? Which browser version are you using? I'd like to fix that issue asap but i don't see it in any of the browsers I've checked. :-)

Just a quick note on the side. If you are trying to sell a webtemplate, even if you just want us to test it. I would recommend that you do a print screen jpg instead of giving us a page. Some people may want to steal the codes and images. Pictures will defintely work just fine. That is one reason why other big website out there such as templatemonster.com doesnt do that. just a quick FYI for future references

Bsx - Thanks for your advice. Comments are always appreciated. Although I would disagree with you partly on templatemonster.com. They actually do provide a html version of the site to browse in the cases of e-commerce/oscommerce templates.

Honestly though, a jpg doesn't do a website justice, you can't see rollovers, etc. I do have methods in place that will allow me to identify components of my designs if need be.

Again, your comments are appreciated, its great to be a part of a community that looks out for its members.

It's acceptable, but personally, I wouldn't use it. Probably have to agree with grimreafer, but I actually built my own site from scratch, because back then, I didn't know how to use a template.

Thank you for the comments grim and daw, do you have any critiques that would assist me in making the template better? :-) What about it would you improve?

*edit*

Thanks to Yabba for pointing out the new validation errors, i blame my poor typing and not bothering to check to see if paypal's code was XHTML 1.0 Strict. I've removed the paypal code from the template itself as my attempts to wrap it in a div to pass validation breaks the pretty pictures/buttons.

*paypal code fixed*

I like the overall layout, as it is VERY nice, and the gray blue look is my favorite. I personally create my own websites, because well I can, lol.

-- It would be cool if you did actually use rollover images. None of your images have any cool rollover effects.

-- One main thing that I find wrong with it is, to me, it does not look like an ecommerce sight. However, if there were some supposed items previewed on there, it might be more appealing, the way you have it with all text looks more informational.

-- Also... a cool effect like the background going to a light blue when you hovered over the categories would make it look that much better.

those are good points nrylee, thank you. :-) I'll see what the weekend brings and make those changes if time ends up being free.
