You must provide customers with direct support
Your account must be in good standing, or you may lose reseller status
That you have at least one account with us at regular price
Your customers may not contact us directly
Program applies only to those reselling our services, not primarily for your own use
It is your responsibility to make sure all policies are followed. Any account can be terminated for violation of these policies.
