Get Min and Max Dates

I need a function that will calculate the minimum and maximum dates for someone's age in order for them to be within a certain age range. For instance, if someone is in an age category of, say, 19 -24 years old, I need to know what the minimum and maximum possible birthdates could be for that person. I am doing this so I can query a sql server 2000 db for date-of-births for only those people who could be in that age group.

Duhhh.... I guess I just have to subtract the number years years from Year(dThisDate) and then adjust for the turn of the century, huh?

Let me know if anyone else has any input. Otherwise I think I answered my own question.
