I'm selling www.liveupstate.com. Bought it to develop as an all purpose site for Upstate NewYork (with a focus on real estate), but currently do not have the time and resources to develop it. Almost every other "Live____" site is taken and many have sold for a good chunk of change over the past months. PM me if you are interested as I think this could be a very profitable project for someone with the time to develop it.
