i am not a freebies addict, and a lot of free offers are only open to US residents anyway, but i have visited a fair few. to me, a lot of them are quite good and tehre is little between them.
however, for me http://www.thefreesite.com stands head and shoulders above the rest. they turned it all grey recently when they had a redesign but i still think it's a great site! one of my favourite sections is the webmaster goodies part.
