mp3 online sound station... help!

I have a few "legal" mp3's and want to put them onto my site so users can select one to listen to online. I don't want to let them download it to their computers but I want it to load pretty fast and show how much is loaded. I know quicktime does this so I just need to know how I can put mp3's into a quicktime plugin on my site.
