sending two differnt forums with a single button?

is there a way to, for say,

I have a working email script going using smtp.
i have two different form name. Is there a way that i can hit a submit button and the information in those two forms are sent to me?

the reason i want to do this is becuase i want to set up a div layer that has some image option that people can check if they want to use it or not.
