Being a surfer from Long Island, NY I am constantly checking the conditions online. I have a folder in my bookmarks of over 20 pages that I can check everyday. So I came up with a solution for my problem

Once logged in, click edit content and you can choose what you want displayed in the 8 boxes on the home page. I set it up so that you only have to log in once. Once logged in, as long as your on your computer, if you go to lisr.net, it will pull up your information from the database.

So check it out, test out the functionality of the site and let me know what you think.

Hi Johnz - Your site looks really good, I'm not a surfer so I don't know what some of the info really is but the layout and info looks cool. It does look like it was a lot of work went in to it. It must feel great to see it all completed now.

I thought the graphs that I made with php where tough (hit counter)... you blew me out of the water with these things!!! Actually looking at it again.. maybe only the "Long Beach Tides" was done with php

meinzorn, I'm not much of a designer at all but I just threw that together in a couple minutes in photoshop. And yes, I hav'nt finished the contact page yet. Thanks for noticing :rolleyes:

I agree it is a little plain but I am still working on the functionality of the site and don't think I should over do it with the design. Maybe once I'm completely finished I'll have my designer put together a simple but nice looking design.
