A Program in a Small Window !!

hello there,

could anybody help me doing this ?

i need to open the Browser so that i have a Small window in it ( not very small , anyways .. a specific size ) where i can run a program in there!! the program prefered to run there is " NASA World Wind " which is like google earth. how could i do that in an HTML Code .. is that possible . and what do i need to do it !!!

is that true ... !!! i heard that i need a specific plug in to the internet explorer in order to run the program !! so which is true ?!

No due to the incredible security risk, there is no way to run an .exe file in a browser from your server. However there are ways to run .exe files that already exist on the users computer.
