I have a piece very complex software that genrates a web page. Lovely I hear you say, but this software updates in milliseconds, or seconds. I have set my web page to refresh every 10 seconds (it is on an intranet by the way). The page displays the amount in KG carbon produced. But thats by the way...the numbers are displyed on the page.
FYI the software generates an image of the user screen every half second in the software and i pull that in to the web page...
My question is, do any of you fine people, know of some script or a method of reloading the relevant part of the, or the entire page without re-loading it (if you knwo waht i mean). As it updates every 10 seconds, you get the old white page of reload. I dont want this, i want it smooth and seamless...
please can you help...
