Marquee No Longer Works

I am converting a site from frames to non-frames and I can't get one of my utilities to work on the new site. The site is http://www.etraxc.com/default.asp. You would have to click on the "coach" or "participant" link to access the page in question. The utility is supposed to be scrolling through the input just below the "Team Slogan:..." line.

The marquee tag is deprecated and should'nt be used, instead you'll need to rely on javascript to create the marquee-effect (http://www.google.se/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Asv-SE%3Aofficial&channel=s&hl=sv&q=marquee+effect+javascript&meta=&btnG=Google-s%C3%B6kning).

Thanks. I will look at that link but it doesn't explain why it worked before but is not working now????
