does anyone know of a good banner that pays CPM, and not by the click? Thanks in advance!

ADSDAQ.com pays per CPM, however the rate is very low. 25 cents to .75 cents. A pay per click program would probably pay more than them. FLycast pays around $3cpm on average, but you need at least 100,000 impressions per month to use them. If you are in that range, I would suggest you join with them.
