Free Site Submitter (to search engines+)

Hi!
Anyone knows a free site submitter?
(you know... a program that submit your site to search engines...)
I'm looking for a program that can submit my site to at least 200 search engines...
(I know that there are programs that can submit to more than 1500! I just don't know where... )

just a trial version at this parkhere.com.au but pretty ok. Just joined the board and look forward to understanding this internet thingy.
