First off all, my site would be a mutli help site, with the following

Free Web Templates
Free Web Hosting
Free E-Mail
Downlod Mp3's
and more but i need sugestins, please help me...

p.s all the stuff would be 100% Original !!!

p.p.s i would like a web site for like $10 or less with not a trace of adverstising, is that posssible, if yes, urls?

Prohosting.com has affordable Hosting.
Unlimitedhosting.com also has great affordable rates. Its all in what your looking for. If you look Hard enough you can find or negotiate a plan with a host. Your Best bet is to Design your site first. Put it up on hypermart.net or virtualave.net
and then look for a host. Youll find that hosting companies will have a greater priority towards what you want if they have somthing to look at. Hope this is helpful.
