I am needing a website build for me that allows people to pay to sign up and advertise there housing, flats etc thats up for sale or rent.

Heres an example website

http://www.ukpropertyshop.co.uk/esta...ors-7308.shtml

Must be very simple to use and include an admin panel that does all of the below:

1. Admin can add/edit/delete listings
2. Admin can add/edit/delete unlimited categories and subcategories
3. Admin can add/edit/delete/approve agents
4. Mailing list manager - send emails, delete subscribers, message archive
5. Banner manager - view/delete banners
6. Manage the site settings - title, keywords, description, paypal email, Contact email, company address, agreement, add/edit/delete different priorities and prices.
7. Admin info - change username, password, name, email

template needed too but I would like a basic template.

This site is to be used in the UK only so please look up deatils of UK housing and add this to the site.

Admin panel must be able to add different types of accounts to be purchased

Such as

1 year account with 3 posts
3 months account with 5 posts

Posts being houses/ flast to rent or buy

ETC

A member must be able to add posts

Change there own profile with password, username and contact details being in here.

Manageing posts must be able to be done by the member.

And they must be able to upgrade there account if needed.

The webiste should email members 24 hours before there account expires and then 5 hours before there account expires and then 24 hours after it has expired. After 48 hours the account and its content should be deleted from the website or sent to the admin panel for them to delete or chosse to keep on the site and for how long it should stay.

Please DO NOT use a script from the internet as I want this to be unquie to only this website.

Many Thanks and please post your best offers here!

The chossen person will also be used for any upgade or work on the site for the life of the website.

Many Thanks

Darren

I'm assuming this is a paid job?

This is a paid job. I am wanting quotes from people willing to do this. I need the best price possable and prices for how much it would cost for future work should there be any. The person who makes the site will also be called upon for extra work on this site during the websites life.

And why order site development now if you can perfectly do yourself? There're lots of scripts for creating a real estate site (e.g. http://www.hotscripts.com/search?q=real+estate&cat=All&imageField.x=29&imageField.y=3). You just buy this software and have full-functional real estate site! You can easily make your site unique just integrating an original design template.
