help needed

I am trying to promote a few program in order to increase traffic to my site, the programs that I am regerring to are
clicksilo,
clicks4u,
iloveclicks,
clickthru,

my problem is to get people to sign up under me in one of those program, I am using one to promote the other but that does not work, so I am looking for suggestion, ideas on what differente approach I could use to get some refferals...
