I have a graphic that include a photo of me that I use on my Yahoo profile at http://profiles.yahoo.com/thefluiddruid
A few months ago a woman e-mailed me to let me know that someone was using the graphic with my photo in it and claiming that it was him. (You can see his profile with my graphic at http://profiles.yahoo.com/soultear_2011 , and he also has it, along with another of my graphics in his public briefcase)
I have repetedly e-mailed Yahoo's coptwrite complaint address about it and provided a copy of my drivers license so that they can see that it is indeed me in the graphic, but I have never recieved so much as a reply.
How can I enforce my copywrite and privicy rights??

I dont really know much about this. Have you tried e-mailing the guy:confused: I would do that first. Explain why you dont want him using it (even though its somewhat obvious;)).

You've done what you can. Also email the person and ask them to not use the picture if it bugs you. One person using your picture seems hardly worth spending much time or energy persuing the matter, but its up to you.
Geocities/Yahoo generally do not get involoved with a situation like this. Unless its spam or porno they will most likely do nothing to help you.
Besides, if you're really a Druid can't you just cast a spell on the guy and turn him into a pig or something?

Clearly they are violating at least two terms of service:
You agree to not use the Service to:
c. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Yahoo official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
You can find the rest of the terms at:
http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/
Try giving yahoo a telephone call at the phone number above. Dollars to doughnouts says you can get this person's account cancelled.

Just as an aside - they don't have wolves in Scotland. The last one was killed in the 1600's or 1700's.
