Is there any way of recording using windows recorder in client side? After recording I need to save iton a button click? Can we do this using javascript?

How i see this, you would need a setup a voice server off from Internet and then record sound coming from that server, that local sound you could then process and save or other things using server side tools.
You could maybe do it without delays with Ajax calls, but getting server side tools to work with your own sound server that records the sound can be more than your looking for.
