where is the button to smooth out the flash video so its not so jumpy?

the button your looking for is called technique. You can try to add frames (add maybe 100), and increase the FPS(to something like 32)... that should help out a lot. It takes a lot of practice.

You'll also notice that a flash movie(32 or higher FPS) that plays smooth on a 500mhz or higher pc, may appear jumpy on a 333mhz or below pc. The reason is that flash is processor intensive... the more mhz you have, the better playback quality you get.

Also, running multiple apps (running multiple browser windows, games, IM sessions, etc)at the same time as a flash movie execution will cause unpredictable effects on the flick.
