Does anyone know where to get a gif animator that's free for non commercial purposes?

I used Caffepot animator from dullas software for quite awhile, it's basic, but free. I downloaded it from www.softseek.com (http://www.softseek.com) quite awhile ago but they probley still have it.

i use gif animator 4.0 from www.coffeecup.com (http://www.coffeecup.com) . i think i got it for voting for them for some award, so i don't know if it is still freeware but it is dead easy to use.
