html/java counter

Hi ,

Im navid , 13years and have 2 html websites .. what im trying to do is to make a html/java counter so for example when it gets to 20secs the browser automaticly show a link address ... if you have downloaded files from free hosting sites they have a 60secs waiting time ... but my problem is i dont want anyone to see the counter just after x secs it show the link automaticly ...

its about 2month im trying to code this in java but i end up with lots of errors :(

you probably would have gotten a responce faster in the client side forum.. do you have a link or code to what youv been working on?
