IIS and PHP/MySQL

I have recently built a new computer, and with this came bundled a Firewall [NVIDIA Firewall] which runs using Apache; which would otherwise be fine if I could get EasyPHP to run alongside it (not that I tried very hard to get them to work, but rather used it as an ulterior motive to try something different).

So here I am, with IIS now installed and working fine with my \Inetpub\wwwroot - only thing I'm missing now is PHP and PHPMyAdmin from my system, so now I'm posting here for any thoughts, ideas or preferences on this matter; so how do I get PHP to work with IIS?
