Domain Not Available Error

I reinstalled a hard drive on a machine on a Windows 2000 network (the machine has Windows XP) and now I am trying to reconnect to the domain, which I think I did. But when I try to log on I get an error that says the domain is not available. I can log in to the machine just fine. I think I set up the TCP-IP properties correctly and the machine exists on the domain controller.

Anybody tell me what I am missing?
