Redesign my site...

To cut a long story short, the site gets traffic but they don't buy. I think I need a complete redesign. What should I do to it?

You might need a better host. I sat there for 5 minutes and the first page still hadn't fully loaded. People might just be getting turned off from waiting and decide to go surf elsewhere. The background is what is taking a long time to load, you should use a medium blue background color so that people can read the yellow writing while they are waiting, instead of white.

My first reaction to viewing your site was that it was difficult to read (the homepage that is)
The colors of the text against the background gradient image makes it a little tough to decipher without spending extra time trying to figure out what you're looking at.

The second thing I noticed was that there wasn't a real hierarchy to the information that you are presenting. If you laid out a path for the user to follow, that might help steer them into the service section and allow them to choose a particular reading.

If you want to increase sales from your website, you should steer the user to that section and reinforce why they need your service.

To be honest, I didn't spend too much time looking at your site because I felt a little lost and the subject doesn't really appeal to me. You do offer a lot of information and I feel what you have is a good start.

If I were designing the site, I would rework your navigation and the actual presentation of your information (font, size, layout, etc...)

I was like art4ms and didn't click around too much, because the subject matter didn't interest me. BUT it probably does interest those hits you are counting, they must have gone in specifically looking for information on IChing. If you are fairly sure they know what they are looking for and want a reading, then make the navigation real easy for them to find the page to order a reading.
