Problem with Page Rank

I've writtent the following websites:

and ALL of them are page rank 0! I have tried submitting them all over the place. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I looked at your page and found out that you have too many re drirections for vitouch.co.uk and google thinks that the pages with too many re directions are spammers
here is what messege i got trying to load your site (5 times)

i think your sites are new. so google doesnt recognise any backlinks to your site.
so it displays page rank 0.
google takes time.
msn and yahoo show the backlinks relatively sooner.
submitting to search engines wont increase page rank.
you should get links to your site from other sites.
