unwanted javascript errors

Hi i dont realy have a major problem except that on this
<A HREF="http://"http://www.ianrules.xoasis.com/"" TARGET=_blank>site</A>
Every time I load the page I get 3 javascript errors and i have no clue why yet when I load another of my pages wich uses the exact same code dont get an error and I could've sworn that i just copied and pasted the code from the faulty page to the 'error-less' page. Please look at my site and figure out the problem

Im getting a syntax error on line 2 which is your &lt;link rel=stylesheet type="text/css" href="../ianworld.css"&gt; tag. Now being that this is the root directory i believe if you remove the ../ where it says ../ianworld.css then it should get rid of that error.

Im hoping that this error is causing the other two so if you eliminate the first error but the other two are still popping up then please repost.

Every other page that i noticed on your site does not have the ../ianworld.css in the tag above.

Please repost with results of this as it is hard to debug when the code is not on a server i have access to.
