Does anyone know of a good place to find advertisers? I have 360,000 100% opt-in subscribers - all are webmasters. Any ideas on how to find advertisers?

Sounds to me like you already have a large base of potential advertisers.
All those webmasters have websites that probably need hits..
Sell your ads to them!!

You say that they opted in, I hope that you mean that they opted-in specifically to your list, not to someones list that you bought a members list of. That isn't really an opt-in list, but a scam that people use to make $$$.
The safest way to run an opt-in list is to require each member to sign up for the list, and then send them a confirmation e-mail asking them to reply to confirm that they did indeen intend to sign up for your opt-in list.
This will weed out anyone sending in other peoples addresses, and keep you from getting sued for theft of system resources.(Or even worse, as the US Patriot act consideres theft of system resources to be a low level computer intrusion, punishable by up to a life term of imprisionment. It is a theft of system resources because you use the systems bandwidth for your e-mail, and it also takes up room on their hard drive.)
