Notepad++ question

I was wondering if there was a way to set it to make it open each new file in a window. The default is to open new files in tabs in the same window. I really can't stand switching between tabs to view my files.

I really doubt it but you can go to Help > Help Topics in Notepad to view anything mentioning that.

You can do this with Notepad2 (http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html). Click on FILE > LAUNCH > EMPTY WINDOW, or use the keyboard shortcut ALT+0
