cross browser

I was looking for a script that allowed the movment of an object from one set of co-ords to another...eg from a banner to a badge down further on the page.

Ot is it possible to link it to a table.

I have played around in dreamweaver with the time, but it seems difficult to make it link to a specific target.

can anyone help...it needs to be as compatable with early browsers NS and IE.
