Hierarchical Menu

Hi
i downloaded the hierarchical menu and I was trying to get my own gif buttons to be in the place of the ones that are there to no avail. Is there any way to do this? And also how do I change the size of the text?

the file it says to actually edit is this:
there are also 3 other javascript files. All I want to do is take the menu I already have which involves gifs as buttons and have the sub menu slide out like this one..theres gotta be an easier way....???

Hi again Isaac!
I REALLY appreciate your help. I am kinda new at this and everything seems to be a challenge at this point. Here is one of the other js files. I am thinking this is the one I have to change in order to get my own gifs in there because it refers to the SetImage and the font..etc...
what do ya think?
