Where do I upload files to?

So this bloke just gave me hosting, with login etc. and I changed the nameservers on the domain. But where do I upload the files to? This is what I see on the dreamweaver FTP listing when I connect... (attached). I believe the server is managed by Plesk. Not sure what that means. I just need to know where to upload my files. At the moment I'm using the httpdocs folder, and no result. In fact, when you go to the domain all you get is a page cannot be displayed message. There's not even a sample page. And I updated the nameservers. He provided the hosting two days ago now. Should be activated, surely?

I'm one of those guys that does PHP, MySQL, Html, and CSS etc. but has no idea how it all works - just that it does! Do you think it's importnat to learn why PHP works? Can somebody point me in the direction of a book all about servers and the like?

You want to upload them to the httpdocs folder. If you are using SSL then you will want to upload the files to the httpsdocs folder. It can take up to 48 hours for name servers to take effect. They aren't instant. Do you have a link to the site?

The domain is http://www.auto-upgrades.co.uk
I did a WHOIS on it, and the nameservers have changed on that domain. I already uploaded to httpdocs (thanks for the confirmation), but no luck...
