Movie Editing?

Hey I couldn't find a good place to put this post so I decided here would be fine, I have a few questions.
1. Whats a good program to edit videos? (Home Videos and etc.)
2. Whats a good program to make flash movies (I have Macromedia Flash 8)
3. How do I turn my videos into html?

C, Flash to HTML, you can't. You can embed them like so;
<EMBED SRC="Your_movie.mpg" WIDTH=100 HEIGHT=100>
